Shipping, Pick-up & Local Delivery Details
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
For all items, proceed to checkout and input your shipping address, choose pick-up, shipping, or local delivery - the options available determined by location. Local delivery is $1.35 per mile round trip.
We ship on Wednesdays to ensure you will receive your delicious goods as fresh as possible.
Order by Tuesday, 11am PT to receive your order within the same week.
Cakes and ice cream are shipped in insulated shipping unit with ice packs. It is normal for the product and ice packs to partially thaw during shipment. Upon receipt, please refrigerate or place in freezer.
If you ordered a gift, please provide the recipient’s contact info.
In the rare event that an overnight order is not delivered in time due to unforeseen weather delays or another FedEx-related delay, MamaAunties is not held responsible for the delay. We recommend ordering early.
If you select shipping at checkout, tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Overnight shipping is the only shipping method available for cakes, and ice cream.
Major changes to your order cannot be made within three days of the scheduled delivery/pick-up date.
For cakes and cookies, rush orders are a $30 fee and are ready within one week if our schedule is able to accommodate.
For all rush cake orders: once a rush cake has been paid for, no changes to the cake design can be made; these rush orders are final and no refunds or cancellations.
Our items are handmade and may not be exactly identical to all photos on our website.
If you are ordering for a time-sensitive event, we strongly recommend scheduling your delivery at least 1-2 days before you will be serving the item.
For Rush Orders:
We do not offer any refunds on rush orders. After the rush fee is paid, there will be no refunds given.

Custom Orders
For custom cakes, cookies, and/or cupcakes orders we require at least 2 week advance notice. Orders with less than 2 week advance notice will incur a minimum rush fee of $30, based on our ability to accommodate the order.

Our products are perishable. We are unable to accept any items back after they have left our production kitchen. All products are the responsibility of the customer once they leave our facility.
If an order marked for shipping has already left our kitchen, we will not be able to cancel the order once tracking information has been sent to the customer.
Cakes/Cupcakes/Pound Cakes
If you provide two week's notice prior to your delivery/pick-up date to cancel your order, you will receive a refund, minus the credit processing fee. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering you will receive a refund. However, if we receive your cancellation after the 24 hour window we are unable to offer any refund for your order.
If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering, we can modify your order.
